The Museum Tower is nestled in a prime location in one of my favorite Houston neighborhoods. The area for which it’s named has 19 museums. The massive tower is itself a monument among the beauty of this cultural hub.

Hermann Park is close by.

Walking through the lobby and hallways evokes a sense of inspiration and connection to the serene beauty of the museums nearby. The walls are littered with posters of the art featured in the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, and the tranquil atmosphere offers a daily respite from the Houston grind.

An important aspect of any residence is the management, and the folks taking care of the Museum Tower and its tenants are world class. Some of the services offered by the friendly staff are a 24-hour concierge, a wine storage room, a heated swimming pool and a fitness center with commercial grade equipment.

I love the 16-foot ceilings in all of the residences, which are abnormally large starting at around 1,000 square feet. Also, if 16 feet of windows and and exposed ceilings aren’t enough for you, the penthouses measure 25 feet tall.

SO much space!

So much light from this large floor-to-ceiling windows!

I’m in love with this property.

Adorning these great apartments are gourmet kitchens with islands and granite counter tops, GE stainless steel appliances, and custom oak hardwood floors. The stone counter tops are also featured in the bathrooms.  The exposed air conditioning ducts give the apartments a cool New York City loft feel, which I love.

The penthouse units in The Museum Tower are on the top floor and these homes are STUNNING. The home below is their 4192sqft, 2 bedroom 1 study floor-plan, starting at around 10k a month:

Everything IS bigger in Texas!

The 3 bedroom 1 study penthouse at The Museum Tower is a massive 4376 square feet.

Loads of space both upstairs and down.

The kitchen is lovely as well.

And the views are amazing!

We also shot a little vlog about the property which you can watch below:

In addition to being near fantastic museums, you’re also in a great location to access the Texas Medical Center, Rice University, Hermann Park and Bell Park. Adjacent to the Museum district are Rice Village and Montrose, two neighborhoods replete with boutiques, shops, restaurants and bars. But if you’re more down for chilling at home, the Club Room, roof-top heated pool,  and business center all offer great reasons to stay at home — of course they all feature highs-speed Wi-Fi.

Thanks so much for checking out our review of The Museum Tower. This was a property I’ve been meaning to review for a while but I wanted to make sure that I had a strong enough team to accurately represent them. I think we all did a great job!
