I have leased clients here before and they really enjoyed their stay. Unfortunately I did not take many pictures (this was before the blog was started) However this property is loaded with great amenities. Gyms, pool, grilling areas, lobby, and more. These are the standard for class A properties. Some units even have mini backyards!

7 Seventy is a modern mid-rise apartment complex. I’ve been there many times and it’s always a nice change of pace form other complexes. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking to lease in the Energy Corridor and Memorial areas.
